FAQs

Why are your prices so competitive?

We have a mobile showroom so we can keep our overheads low, which means we don’t have expensive operating costs to factor in to our quote.

You can see our design gallery here and because we’re completely mobile it’s super-convenient for you because we can meet at a time and location that suits you best. We give you your design concept in 3D so it’s easy for you to see how your new kitchen or bathroom will look in your space. All the cabinetry products are Australian made and manufactured and only local businesses are supported.

How does the process work?

We will firstly meet with you to discuss the project brief and timeframe. Following our meeting we’ll prepare a comprehensive quote and 3D designs and present these to you. When you give us the go ahead we’ll order everything that’s needed and give you a final project schedule so that you know exactly what will happen when. The project will be fully managed by us, including all trades. Our aim is to make your renovation as cost effective as possible without any stress.

Where are your kitchens manufactured?

Our kitchens are manufactured in Australia. Every kitchen is made to the highest quality and is everything you would expect from one of Australia’s leading kitchen specialists.

Do you supply appliances?

We supply a range of appliances including Bosch, ASKO, HAFELE and Omega. However, if you prefer to purchase your own appliances from another supplier, we will ensure that the design will fit your preferred appliances.

Are your kitchens made to measure?

We design and create your kitchen to suit your lifestyle and need. It’s a complete custom build and no two kitchens are ever the same. We ask lots of questions at the start so we can get to know you better and understand exactly what you want from your new kitchen.

Do you take care of everything?

From concept to completion we do the lot. We take the frustration out of getting the right trades people to turn up at the right time and the annoyance that occurs when things go wrong.
Our onsite project manager ensures your kitchen will be supervised from start to finish guaranteeing all the trades run smoothly, appliances are correct, bench tops and cabinetry arrive on time and the job is completed on time.

How do I pay for my new kitchen?

When you place your order for your new kitchen we ask for a deposit of 20%. A progress payment is required after the carcase is installed and the final balance is due on completion.
We also have flexible payment plans so you can repay the cost of your renovation in installments with no interest – ever!
